The Humboldt Dockside Market brings fresh, locally caught seafood directly to Eureka's waterfront at Madaket Plaza. Held every Saturday from June 6 through October 31 (no market July 4), 9 a.m.-1 p.m. or until sold out, it features Humboldt-based fishermen and seafood vendors selling whole fish, crab, oysters, rockfish and seasonal catch straight from their boats. Shoppers can take seafood home whole or have it processed at the on-site fillet station for a small fee. CalFresh/EBT accepted; buckets and ice chests encouraged.
