The Kinetic Lab of Horrors returns for another year of creepy chaos, twisted turns and gruesome fun, now at a new, larger location at 1680 Samoa Boulevard in Arcata. Fright Nights are October 23, 24, 29, 30 and Halloween (Oct. 31), 7 p.m. to midnight. Guests navigate winding mazes, creepy characters, clowns, scares and surprises, with live music and a food truck each night. The event is the annual fundraiser for the Kinetic Sculpture Lab, a creative workspace and community hub home to seven kinetic sculpture teams and a longtime fixture of Humboldt's Kinetic Grand Championship scene.
