The Great Pumpkin Hunt

Every fall, Downtown and Old Town Eureka turns into a festive pumpkin gallery as local businesses decorate and name one-of-a-kind pumpkins in their storefronts. Families pick up a free Great Pumpkin Hunt entry form and map at the Eureka Welcome Center (108 F Street), then explore the district to find and identify each pumpkin. Completed forms returned to the Welcome Center earn a fun prize. Runs daily 10 a.m.-5 p.m., October 24-31, 2026; entry forms available during that window.
